Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, supporting day-to-day office functions while providing excellent customer service and administrative support. What You'll Be Doing
As an Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
-Managing office operations: Oversee daily administrative functions to help maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
-Processing invoices and light AP/AR: Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.
-Providing customer and client support: Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and clients while handling inquiries and ensuring excellent service.
-In addition, you will also be expected to assist with general office coordination, maintain organized records and files, support communication between departments, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Previous office administration or office management experience preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Experience with invoicing and light AP/AR responsibilities preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Skills:
Customer Service: Ability to communicate professionally and create positive interactions with customers and clients.
Organization & Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and priorities efficiently.
Administrative & Computer Skills: Comfortable using office software, processing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
