Warehouse Operator
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Operator with a current forklift licence and proven high reach forklift experience to join our team. The purpose of this role is to prepare, move, and manage goods while providing efficient service to all transport providers and customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and warehouse efficiency.
 
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while contributing to a safe and productive workplace.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Operate RF scanners to manage inventory and stock movements.
• Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory control activities.
• Ensure stock is rotated and managed using FIFO principles.
• Generate and apply labels to products and pallets as required.
• Complete routine forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Identify and report damaged stock, equipment faults, or safety concerns.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and support the wider operations team as needed.

 
The Successful Applicant Will Have

• Current Forklift Licence
• High Reach Forklift experience (essential)
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and work in a physically active role.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
