Location: Burleson, TX 76028

Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour (40 hours guaranteed with consistent overtime)

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Saturdays may be mandatory during high production)

Job Type: Long-term, Temp-to-Hire

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals for immediate openings in general construction and skilled trades.

Open Positions Include:

  • Construction Workers / General Laborers

  • Carpenters

  • Electricians

  • Painters

  • Plumbers

  • Roofers

  • Forklift Operators

  • Other Skilled Trade Professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Perform construction and trade-specific tasks based on project needs

  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

  • Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and supervisor instructions

  • Assist with installation, repairs, and site preparation

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

  • Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Prior construction or trade experience preferred (not required for entry-level roles)

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and climbing

  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

  • Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices

  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
