We're partnering with a highly respected commercial builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex retail, commercial and live environment projects across Victoria. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a $30M retail project based in Geelong.

The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Drive programme outcomes and maintain construction schedules.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with OH&S and quality requirements.
- Conduct site meetings and liaise with consultants, clients and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain strong site documentation and reporting.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial retail projects.
- Experience on projects valued at $20M+ will be highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of retail construction, staged works and live environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
