Family Medicine Physician opening in beautiful Moses Lake, WA

Family Practice is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team in central Washington.

• Lake community
• Team consists of six physicians and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed.
• First-year pay range: $308,281 - $333,277 plus RVU bonus potential
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Outpatient only with phone call once every 6 weeks
• General procedures required including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, plus some women’s health and a heavy pediatrics practice
• Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI on site
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
• Avg 20–25 patients per shift
• Epic electronic medical record
• Clinic hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m

• Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
