· Ability to stand for long periods of time during the shift 
· Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment 
· Ability to work in a cold food manufacturing setting 
· Reliable transportation and strong attendance record 
· Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions 
· Ability to maintain productivity and quality standards 
· Must follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures 
· Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs. when needed 
· Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus, but not required
