Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end membership product initiatives from discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation.
- Manage a defined membership product area and associated features, ensuring alignment with the broader Membership Value Proposition and product roadmap.
- Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into actionable requirements, user stories, and delivery plans. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to clearly define and communicate, prioritise, and deliver product enhancements that improve member value and business outcomes.
- Manage the product lifecycle from assigned features, including discovery, solution design, development, launch, measurement, and enhancement.
- Support prioritisation decisions by evaluating member needs, business value, effort and risk.
- Maintain a strong understanding of member experiences through regular engagement with members, stakeholders, and frontline teams.
- Support change readiness
- Demonstrated experience in product management, customer experience management, service design, proposition development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Human-Centred Design and customer/member experience centric product development principles.
- Experience translating strategic priorities, customer insights, and business requirements into delivered products services, or initiatives.
- Experience gathering and validating customer or member needs through research, testing, feedback, and data analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical capability with experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and prioritisation.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of value creation through product and service design.
- Experience using product, collaboration, customer relationship management (CRM), and business productivity tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office or similar platforms.

- Working knowledge of Agile product development and delivery practices.
