Junior Contract Administrator | $200m Industrial Project
We're seeking a Contract Administrator to join the delivery team on a major $300m industrial project for a Australian household name.
Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team, you'll support the financial and contractual management of the project from procurement through to final accounts.

We're seeking a Contract Administrator to join the delivery team on a major $300m industrial project for a Australian household name.
Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team, you'll support the financial and contractual management of the project from procurement through to final accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor procurement, tender comparisons and package letting.
- Prepare and administer subcontracts.
- Assess progress claims and variations.
- Assist with cost reporting, forecasting and budget management.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and support final account negotiations.
- Work closely with the site team to track progress and resolve commercial issues.
- Experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial head contractor.
- Strong understanding of subcontract administration, procurement and cost control.
- Experience on large industrial, logistics or commercial projects preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and confident communication and negotiation skills.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
