We are partnering with an iconic global enterprise brand known for a lean, high-impact technology culture. They are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Specialist to take technical ownership of their consumer-facing commerce platform.

This is not a generic Salesforce CRM role. You will be the resident Commerce SME, working end-to-end on a business-critical commerce environment tightly integrated with Core CRM, enterprise ERP, and cloud infrastructure.

What You Will Be Doing

• Storefront Architecture: Designing, building, and optimizing features across an enterprise SFRA-based B2C storefront using server-side JavaScript controllers and ISML.
  
  
• ERP & Catalog Integrations: Taking technical ownership of SFCC integrations with backend systems (ERP, OMS, Azure), specifically product catalogs, pricing, and scheduled inventory XML feeds.
  
  
• APIs & Core Services: Developing and consuming REST APIs, webhooks, and core services via OCAPI and SCAPI.
  
  
• Platform Operations & CI/CD: Maintaining release branches, driving automated deployments, monitoring site logs, and resolving production defects across staging and production environments.
  
  
• SME Guidance: Collaborating with third-party vendors and internal cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clean technical designs.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Proven SFCC Pedigree: 4 to 7 years of commercial, hands-on development within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), including recent delivery experience on SFRA.
  
  
• Backend & Business Manager Depth: Direct experience configuring catalogs, price books, and promotions, alongside managing scheduled import/export jobs for inventory synchronization.
  
  
• Integrations: Practical experience handling data exchanges between SFCC and external ERP, OMS, or CRM platforms.
  
  
• Pragmatic Problem Solver: Comfortable working in a hands-on technical sandbox environment to demonstrate how you approach and resolve real-world integration challenges.
  
  
• CI/CD Familiarity: Experience using modern version control (Git) and automated deployment pipelines for SFCC cartridges.
  
  

Eligibility & Work Rights

• Based in Melbourne (or willing to relocate independently to Melbourne) with the ability to work 3 days per week on-site in the Inner North-West.
