Project Manager (PSR-8086)

A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Project Manager for the development group.

Responsibilities:
- Project management, including creating schedules to ensure timely project completion
- Communication with each service providers and tenants
- Preparing Service proposal
- Preparing monthly billing report
- Ensures that the project goal is well-aligned and manages the project team to accomplish it with the required level of quality
- Applies project management techniques to successfully deliver projects on scope, time and budget
- Enables smooth communication among team members, and delivers timely status, issue, risk and performance updates to management
- Supporting the process of obtaining release and operation approvals
- Reporting project and product status to managers

Required skills:
- Over 3 years of project management experience in a software/product development environment
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
- Strong risk identification, mitigation, and escalation skills
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Accountability, ownership, and a results-oriented mindset

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
