Customer Service

Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and be comfortable assisting customers both in person and over the phone, with a preference for those who are confident speaking on the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Enter and update information accurately on the computer
• Complete general administrative and data entry tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Reliable and professional demeanor
