An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a prestigious luxury fashion boutique in Newmarket.
This is an opportunity for a polished and commercially driven retail leader who understands that luxury is about exceptional service, elevated client experiences and impeccable standards.
The role
You’ll take full ownership of the boutique, leading a small team and driving both commercial performance and the overall client experience. You’ll be hands-on, visible on the shop floor and responsible for maintaining the highest standards across sales, clienteling, operations and brand presentation.
You’ll lead, coach and develop your team, build meaningful client relationships, drive KPIs and ensure every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and exclusivity of the brand.
