Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major industrial project valued between $60M–$80M.
This is a high-profile role requiring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management capability and proven experience delivering large-scale industrial projects from commencement through to completion.
You will have full ownership of project outcomes whilst being supported by a highly experienced leadership team and established delivery systems.

The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end delivery of major industrial construction projects
- Managing project budgets, forecasting, procurement and commercial performance
- Leading project programming, sequencing and construction methodology planning
- Managing consultants, subcontractors and client stakeholders
- Driving quality, safety and compliance across all project phases
- Identifying and managing project risks, opportunities and delivery challenges
- Leading project reporting and communication with senior management
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience delivering industrial, logistics or large-format commercial projects valued $30M+
- Strong commercial and contractual management capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience managing multiple subcontractor packages and complex construction programs
- Ability to drive outcomes in fast-paced project environments
- Salary package up to $250,000 + Super
