Warehouse Operator 

Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Monday–Friday + Overtime as Needed
Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour (Based on Experience) 

Job Summary 

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our warehouse team. This hybrid role combines hands-on material handling, forklift operation, inventory management, and warehouse organization to support daily operations. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, is comfortable using ERP or scanning systems (or is eager to learn), and has a proven history of reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. 

What You'll Be Doing 

As a Warehouse Operator, your core responsibilities will include: 

• Material Handling: Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping operations. 

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to transport materials, load and unload deliveries, and replenish inventory as needed. 

• Inventory Management: Perform stock counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records using ERP or scanning systems. 

• Warehouse Organization: Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and storage areas. 

• Shipping & Receiving Support: Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing materials for shipment and production. 

• Safety & Housekeeping: Follow all company safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. 

In addition, you will assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to ensure efficient daily operations and support production goals. 

What We're Looking For 

Qualifications 

• Previous forklift experience required. 

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred. 

• Experience using ERP or barcode scanning systems preferred, or the ability to quickly learn. 

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Skills 

• Forklift Operation: Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment. 

• Material Handling: Experience moving, staging, and organizing materials efficiently. 

• Inventory Control: Ability to perform stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records. 

• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred. 

• Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Communication: Ability to work effectively with warehouse and production team members. 

• Safety Awareness: Commitment to following all company safety policies and procedures. 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. 

• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday. 

• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
