Site Installation Supervisor – Modular Construction
Residential & Commercial Projects | Travel Required | 2–3Nights per Week

We’re looking for a Site Installation Supervisor who brings hands-on experience in modular installations and can confidently lead onsite activities across both residential and commercial projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing the installation and onsite assembly of modular buildings
  
  
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure safe, timely and high-quality outcomes
  
  
• Working closely with the Project Manager to maintain program, sequencing and site readiness
  
  
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and installation standards
  
  
• Representing the business onsite with professional communication and problem-solving
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working on modular building projects – residential and commercial
  
  
• Strong site coordination capability and the confidence to lead teams
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high standard of workmanship
  
  
• Willingness to travel as required and work flexible hours to support project needs
  
  
• Ability to manage overnight trips (typically 2-3 nights per week, dependent on project requirements)
