Your Day-to-Day
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the CRM system.
- Proactively engage with customers to support retention and long-term satisfaction.
- Achieve service KPIs and contribute to team performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Care or Contact Centre role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer service platforms.
- A positive, empathetic and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
