About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a large-scale data, reporting and analytics uplift within a complex enterprise environment.
In this role, you will

• translate technical changes into clear business impacts, run stakeholder impact assessments, facilitate discovery workshops, and coordinate end-to-end change activities at a work-package level.
• help ensure users are prepared ahead of cutover/go-live through targeted communications, training coordination , and adoption support

Required skills (bullet points)

• Demonstrated experience as a Change Analyst supporting business transformation and/or data transformation initiatives in large, complex environments
• Proven ability to translate technical/data/reporting changes into clear business impacts across
• Strong capability in stakeholder identification, impact assessment, and facilitating workshops to validate impacts, risks, and change interventions
• Experience coordinating change deliverables at a work-package level e.g., communications planning, engagement activities, readiness tracking, go-live support
• Practical experience supporting reporting/analytics change ,ideally including Power BI-related change impacts, such as report migration/rationalisation
• Ability to develop business-ready communications and training plans, and coordinate delivery with BAU/training partners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
