The Job
- Work from their Boston office as a hands-on biller, growing a team around you.
- Cover Cloud / AWS / GCP / Azure markets, picking off the contract roles from their existing client base.
- Leverage your existing Tech vertical expertise to ensure a secure take off
- As you scale, implement a plan for expansion and grow across the US.
About You
- Hands-on contract recruiter, probably annoyed that you don't have access to a superb back office, training, marketing and resourcing teams.
- Comfortable with leadership and turning recruiters into big billers.
- Tech recruiter who understands the complexities of working with many tech clients.
Salary and Package
- Up to $150k fixed, total earnings of $300k plus
- PLUS profit share from the role on top
