(Bilingual) DevOps Engineer (PSR-8200)

A Global IT services company is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The primary responsibilities will focus on verifying specifications, extracting data, and investigating/responding to issues related to services currently in operation.
While there will be limited opportunities to write new source code, the role requires a strong understanding of how systems are designed and configured, as well as the ability to isolate and resolve issues based on that understanding. Specifically, you will need to understand the behavior of web applications supporting large-scale traffic, taking into account resource utilization, network architecture, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Verify specifications and extract data from services currently in operation
- Investigate and respond to incidents, including alert handling, incident investigation, and root cause analysis
- Troubleshoot issues using observability data such as logs (Elasticsearch/Kibana, etc.), APM (New Relic, etc.), and databases
- Investigate performance degradation during periods of high traffic, such as database connection exhaustion, thread/resource exhaustion, and increased latency
- Assess the scope and impact of incidents based on load balancing and multi-cloud architectures
- Make operational decisions based on an understanding of system architecture and configuration
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and automation, such as automating routine investigations and improving monitoring

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in system operations and maintenance
- Experience improving the efficiency of operational processes
- Experience improving incident response and incident management processes
