- Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance Principles (CAPA, Deviations, RCA), Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice
- Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Trackwise, EDMQ
- Veeva, SAP (Nice to have)
