Electronic Assembler Key Responsibilities:
- Cut wire to required lengths and strip insulation for assembly
- Route, bundle, tie, and label wiring according to drawings and specifications
- Perform soldering of wires and components with accuracy and consistency
- Apply heat shrink tubing for insulation and protection
- Assemble electrical components and wire harnesses using hand tools and related equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform testing to verify functionality, accuracy, and safety of finished assemblies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Previous soldering experience is required
- Experience with wiring assembly, electrical assembly, or similar manufacturing work preferred
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts and tools
- Ability to distinguish wire colors accurately
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic electrical components
