Network Engineer - AI/GPU/HCI (Pre-Sales)

We are partnering with a global technology organisation at the forefront of AI infrastructure to recruit an experienced Systems Engineer /Presales Architect (AI/GPU Clusters/Networks). The presales can be taught so only a good to have. This is a rare opportunity to work with some of the world's largest AI deployments, partnering with enterprise customers to design and architect next-generation GPU networking environments ranging from 4,000 to over 100,000 GPUs.

This is a highly consultative, customer-facing pre-sales role where deep technical expertise is critical. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, OEMs and professional services teams to design highly resilient AI networking solutions. These environments represent multi-million-dollar investments, making architecture, design accuracy and attention to detail absolutely essential.
 
Package

• OTE at/from $350K+ (70/30 split) - flexible higher for right skills
• Anywhere in Australia with travel to Sydney. 
• International candidates open to relocating to Australia are encouraged to apply as sponsorship on offer

 
Be at the forefront of AI

• Design large-scale AI networking solutions for large  enterprise GPU cluster project usually 4000+ GPUs to 100,000 GPUs.
• Architect networks based on  InfiniBand and Ethernet HPC
• Work on customer requirements and advise them on AI network architecture, scalability and expansion strategies.
•  Develop implementation and delivery plans with PS team and work with partners inc NVIDIA, Cisco, etc
• Assess data centre infrastructure including cabling, layouts and deployment feasibility for AI environments.

In terms of expereince you wopuld need to have done the above before working with any OEM GPUs designing clusters and architecting the network in the DC
