- Pay Rate: $20-23/hr
- ONSITE in Santa Rosa
- Swing shift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm
- Operator is responsible for inspecting, sorting and packaging injection molded parts in a fast-paced environment and in accordance with approved procedures. This includes work both in and out of a clean room environment.
- The qualified individual will ensure that production losses are minimal through timely communication of issues to the supervisor and will work in strict accordance to approved production and quality procedures.
- Operator will work around injection molding machines and must ensure that safe working practices are followed.
Required:
- Must have production experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions is a must.
- This position requires the use personal protective equipment and clean room gowns.
- This position requires a strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- High School education required
- Experience in a fast-paced clean room environment is a plus.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift or occasionally move items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable using hands, reaching and handling small parts and measuring tools for extended periods.
