Career Concepts is hiring Decoration & Assembly Operators in Warren, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team with the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Load and/or operate assembly equipment according to work instructions, including spin welder, handle welder, swivel lid assembly machines, carton-taping machine, and lid snapper

• Properly prepare skids of finished product for the staging area and use pallet jacks to move or position materials as needed

• Accurately read routings to verify the correct components are supplied to the workstation and report component discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor

• Accurately enter order information into the computer and complete required production paperwork

• Perform designated quality checks and report quality failures or concerns to the appropriate supervisor

• Perform packing duties and ensure orders are accurate and complete prior to shipping

• Properly dispose of rejected material and complete tasks according to established manufacturing, quality, and efficiency standards

• Work in a team environment, rotate job assignments during shifts, follow safe work practices, and assist with training new team members

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; previous manufacturing experience preferred

• Good reading, comprehension, and communication skills with the ability to prepare paperwork and understand machine operations

• Ability to perform multiple tasks with little supervision, with good manual dexterity and color discrimination

• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, arms, and shoulders

• Ability to frequently lift up to 45 pounds and use pallet jacks to push or pull heavy skids

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay Rate is $14.50 per hour

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-To-Hire

• Benefits after Probation period
