What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Front Desk Welcoming: Greet local customers with a warm, helpful attitude as they arrive to drop off or pick up their items.

• Order Intake & Retrieval: Safely handle, track, and hand back customer orders with high accuracy.

• Payment Processing: Efficiently manage POS terminal cash and card transactions.

• Lobby Upkeep: Ensure the front counter and customer lobby remain organized, clean, and highly welcoming.

What It Takes to Succeed (Job Requirements):

• Communication: Must be a fluent English speaker to communicate effectively and build relationships with our regular local clientele.

• Personality: A naturally bright, positive, and customer-focused attitude is a absolute must for this storefront!

• Punctuality: Exceptional reliability to ensure the desk is staffed right at 3:00 PM every day.

• Basic Computer Skills: Comfort handling point-of-sale systems and looking up customer accounts.

• Professional Presentation: Clean and professional appearance suitable for a customer-facing environment.
