- Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives and drive measurable outcomes
- Translate strategy into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans
- Perform current-state and future-state analysis, develop use cases, and document requirements/solutions
- Design workflows and support data analysis and data visualization needs
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings (agendas, attendees, outcomes, action items, owners, target dates)
- Perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and ensure traceability of test cases
- Proactively communicate risks, issues, and feedback to business and technology leaders
- Manage cross-team dependencies and work across multiple initiatives concurrently
- Mentor and support less-tenured team members through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Workflow design experience
- Data analysis and data visualization experience
- Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) experience
- Familiarity with Confluence and Miro
- Experience with story writing / backlog management concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder influence experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with work management/delivery tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
