- Board certified
- Credentialed for Vermont
- Prior experience working in urgent care
- Not covered by CHCRR; provided by Locum Tenens company
- Will investigate providing coverage if locum fee is reduced
- 20 a day PPD
- Have to be credentialed with Medicare and Medicaid. VT Medicaid credentialing takes 120 days, not an issue for claims, but can’t write scripts during this time. If hired to work more than 60 days, we have to fully credential the provider with Medicare and Medicaid. VT Medicaid is working on a 18 weeks lead time for credentialing.
Internal Pay Rate: $100 - $110
