We're seeking an experienced Surfacing Foreperson to lead a high-performing crew delivering asphalt, chipseal, paving, reseal and road maintenance projects. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being out on site, supporting their team, operating plant when required, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
About the Role
As Surfacing Foreperson, you'll oversee daily surfacing operations, coordinate crews, manage resources, and maintain strong safety and quality standards across a range of civil infrastructure projects. Working closely with supervisors, project managers, subcontractors, and clients, you'll play a key role in delivering projects on time and exceeding customer expectations.

About the Role
As Surfacing Foreperson, you'll oversee daily surfacing operations, coordinate crews, manage resources, and maintain strong safety and quality standards across a range of civil infrastructure projects. - Surfacing, asphalt or road maintenance experience
- Proven leadership experience in civil construction
- Strong planning and problem-solving ability
- Class 2 Licence and WTR endorsement required
- Class 4 Licence advantageous
