About the Role
As the glue that holds the pre-construction process together, you'll be responsible for coordinating tender activities, maintaining accurate project information, and supporting the team to deliver high-quality submissions on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating tender submissions, bid documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the tender process
- Supporting estimators with document control, reporting, and maintaining accurate project information
- Managing multiple deadlines and ensuring opportunities progress smoothly through the pre-construction pipeline
- Assisting with project handovers, ensuring key information, risks, and project requirements are clearly communicated
- Supporting business development initiatives, capability statements, marketing material, and proposal content where required
- Experience in a coordination or administration role within construction, engineering, or a project-based environment
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and bid coordination
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems such as HubSpot, Simpro, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
