• AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI & Agentic AI
  We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Python development. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications that leverage modern foundation models, autonomous agents, and advanced orchestration frameworks to solve complex business challenges.
  The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering AI solutions into production environments and is proficient in using AI-powered coding accelerators such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Codex to enhance engineering productivity and software quality.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Build and operationalize Generative AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, decision-making, and task execution.
• Implement multi-agent workflows and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Design and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Integrate AI models and services with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, testing, and optimization for production use cases.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to identify and deliver AI-driven business solutions.
• Establish best practices for AI governance, security, scalability, and responsible AI usage.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, or similar coding accelerator platforms to improve development efficiency.
• Stay current with advancements in LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging AI technologies.
• Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or Data Science.
• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based applications.
• Proven experience developing Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience building Agentic AI applications, autonomous agents, or multi-agent systems.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector search, and AI application patterns.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• CrewAI
• LlamaIndex
• AutoGen
• Semantic Kernel
• Experience integrating AI services with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of software design, testing, and scalable application development.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
