An expanding pulmonary medicine practice in Panama City Beach, Florida, is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonologist to join its growing team.



Position Highlights:
  • Join an expanding practice currently staffed by one pulmonologist
  • Help grow the team, with plans to add a second physician by fall 2027 and a third by fall 2028
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient pulmonary medicine
  • Practice in an outpatient-only setting until the anticipated hospital opening in fall 2028
  • Help develop pulmonary and critical care services as the new hospital campus launches
  • Anticipate future hospital-based practice opportunities at a planned 80-bed hospital with 12 ICU beds
  • Join a growing medical campus with primary care, cardiology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, urgent care, and ambulatory surgery services

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Guaranteed compensation for the first two years, plus bonus potential
  • Two-year partnership track
