What You’ll Do
- HR Strategy & Analytics: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee headcount planning, performance management, and compensation while leveraging predictive analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Total Rewards & Compensation Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert in developing competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits strategies that balance business goals with employee needs.
- HR Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with Corporate Function leaders by providing strategic HR guidance. Support initiatives that drive talent development, organizational design, and effective change management.
