A well-known 400+ bed Phoenix medical center is seeking a BE/BC Neurosurgeon for a spine-focused role within a respected, well-supported team.

This opportunity offers a predictable schedule, strong referral base, and proven 75th percentile income potential, all in a collaborative environment built for long-term success.

• Join 8 Neurosurgeons, 7 Neurologists, and experienced APPs.
• 2–3 OR days and 1–2 clinic days weekly.
• Trauma call 4–7 days per month.
• Clinic volume of 20–25 patients per day.
