HR Agitator Drivers – Immediate Start | Perth Metro

We currently seeking experienced HR Agitator Drivers to join one of Western Australia's leading concrete suppliers. If you have previous experience operating an agitator truck and are looking for stable, ongoing work with a respected company, we'd love to hear from you.

Our client operates multiple concrete plants across the Perth metropolitan area, offering consistent hours, a supportive team environment, and genuine opportunities for permanent employment.

About the Role
As an HR Agitator Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to residential, commercial and civil construction sites throughout Perth. You will play a key role in ensuring quality product delivery while maintaining exceptional safety and customer service standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating a 6-8 wheeler concrete agitator truck.
• Delivering and dispensing concrete to customer sites.
• Completing daily pre-starts and basic vehicle inspections.
• Complying with all company and site safety procedures.
• Accurately completing delivery dockets and required documentation.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle and work area.
• Assisting with basic yard duties when required.

To be successful you will have:

• Previous agitator truck driving experience (essential).
• Current HR Driver's Licence.
• Construction White Card.
• Fatigue Management Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Commercial Vehicle Driver Medical (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and customer service.
• Highly regarded:
• Front End Loader experience.
• Concrete batching or concrete plant experience.
