We're partnering with a leading Australian University to recruit experienced Business Analysts across three major enterprise transformation programs. These projects are all at the early stages of delivery, offering the opportunity to influence solution design, shape future-state business processes and work on strategic, high-profile initiatives. With significant funding already secured, all three projects have a strong likelihood of extension beyond the initial contract.

All Roles

• Higher Education experience is a must across all roles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills are essential.
• Experience working across Agile and enterprise transformation environments.
• Hybrid working model (3 days onsite in Sydney CBD).
• Candidates must be based in NSW.
• Need to be avaiklable to start in August 2026.

Opportunity 1 – Senior Business Analyst | Curriculum Management Systems
Initial Contract: ASAP – 18 December 2026 (large program expected to run for for another 12-18 months)
Rate: Up to $950 per day + Super

Join a major Curriculum Management transformation program supporting the replacement of enterprise systems and the redesign of curriculum management processes. We're looking for a Senior BA with Higher Education experience who has worked on curriculum management systems projects and enjoys working across procurement, vendor selection and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Essential experience includes:

• Delivery of Curriculum Management Systems within Higher Education.
• Enterprise system replacement programs.
• RFT and procurement activities.
• Digital transformation and process redesign.
• SaaS platforms, integrations and enterprise architecture.
• Vendor management and stakeholder engagement.

Opportunity 2 – Lead Business Analyst | Unit of Study Coordinator Experience Program
Contract: Initial 6 months (strong likliehood of extension)
Rate: Up to $1,000 per day + Super

This is a Lead BA opportunity for someone who enjoys working as a Product Owner-style Business Analyst, partnering closely with delivery teams to develop a new digital portal that will improve the experience of Unit of Study Coordinators. You'll lead backlog refinement, define user stories, work closely with UX/CX teams and developers, and help drive digital product delivery. This requires previous BA leadership exoerience. 

Essential experience includes:

• Digital product delivery.
• Product Owner or Lead BA responsibilities.
• Leading multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Agile delivery, Jira and backlog management.
• User story development and prioritisation.
• UX/CX collaboration..

Opportunity 3 – Senior Business Analyst | Modern Student Admissions
Contract: Initially 12 months
Rate: Up to $950 per day + Super

An exciting opportunity to join a strategic Modern Student Admissions program working closely with business stakeholders and an external vendor to deliver a new admissions capability.
This role requires someone with strong Higher Education experience and hands-on knowledge of admissions processes and student administration platforms.

Essential experience includes:

• StudyLink implementation or similar admissions platforms.
• Student Admissions projects.
• Vendor management and solution delivery.
• Student administration processes.
• Requirements gathering, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Technology-enabled transformation programs.
