We are currently looking for an SAP FICO Consultant to join a freelance project with one of our global clients. The role will focus on delivering enhancements and small change requests across the EMEA and Mexico regions.

 

Please note that this role requires flexibility to work across EMEA and Mexico time zones.

 

Start: October 2026

Duration: 8 month initial contract with possible extensions

Location: Hybrid – office presence in Northern Czechia required at the beginning of the contract, then approximately once per week

Languages: English speaking

Role/Responsibilities

  • Work across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, delivering enhancements and small change requests.
  • Provide functional expertise across FI, including GL, AR, AP, AA, IM, Bank Accounting and Tax.
  • Support CO processes, including COPA, Margin Analysis and Overhead Cost Accounting.
  • Support integrations with other SAP modules, mainly MM and SD.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and agree solutions.
  • Analyse current processes and propose suitable future-state solutions.
  • Implement configuration changes and prepare functional specifications for ABAP development.
  • Support and execute FUT/SIT and UAT testing.
  • Support cutover and hypercare activities.
