Overview
We are seeking a senior, hands-on Armis Centrix Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and integration of Armis Centrix Asset Inventory with ServiceNow CMDB, HAM Pro, and SAM Pro as part of a regulatory-driven enterprise asset inventory initiative.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Armis Implementation & Configuration
• Configure and administer Armis Centrix Asset Inventory.
• Coordinate collector deployment and onboard enterprise data sources.
• Configure classification policies and asset attribution rules.
• Integrate data from: Firewalls, Switches, EDR platforms, MDM solutions, Vulnerability scanners, Cloud environments, Network infrastructure, ServiceNow Integration
• Lead integration between Armis Centrix and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Configure: Armis-ServiceNow Connector, CI Class Mapping, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), Source Authority, CSDM Alignment
• Extend integrations into HAM Pro and SAM Pro for asset enrichment and lifecycle management.
• Data Quality & Reporting
• Design reconciliation logic for discovered assets.
• Resolve duplicate assets, conflicting attributes, and source-of-truth issues.
• Build dashboards and reporting around: Discovery coverage, Reconciliation success, Asset completeness, Variance trends
• Produce regulator-ready reporting and audit evidence.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
• Create implementation documentation, integration designs, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Deliver weekly progress reports backed by measurable implementation data.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams before project completion.

 
Required Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing Armis Centrix Asset Inventory in at least two enterprise environments.
• Deep hands-on experience configuring: Armis data sources, Classification policies, Query language, Alerting, Armis-ServiceNow Connector
• Strong ServiceNow CMDB experience including: IRE, CSDM, CI Class Mapping, Data Certification
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Experience integrating Armis with enterprise technologies such as: Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Sentinel One, Microsoft Defender, Intune, JAMF, Qualys, Tenable, AWS, Azure, GCP, Active Directory / Entra ID
• Understanding of agentless discovery methods including passive network discovery and switch port mapping.
• Experience delivering projects within regulated environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Financial Services regulatory experience.
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS-CMDB, CIS-Discovery
• Armis certifications or partner experience.
• Experience establishing operational ownership between ITAM, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise ITAM operating models.
