Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Production Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll package finished aluminum edging products, inspect quality, and prepare orders for shipment while supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Packaging Finished Products: Package 8-foot and 16-foot aluminum edging pieces into boxes according to customer and company specifications.
- Inspecting Product Quality: Visually inspect aluminum edging for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packaging.
- Preparing Orders for Shipment: Ensure finished products are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for shipping.
- Maintaining Production Flow: Work efficiently to keep up with production schedules and customer demands.
- Keeping Work Areas Organized: Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following all safety procedures.
In addition, you may assist with moving materials, organizing finished products, and supporting other production functions as needed.

- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work with long aluminum products safely and efficiently.

- Ability to perform repetitive motions using hands, arms, and upper body.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and maintain production pace.
