Multiple Cyber Business Analysts

We're partnering with a large enterprise organisation undertaking a significant multi-year Cyber Uplift Program and are looking for multiple Cyber Business Analysts to support a range of cyber security initiatives.

Role 1: Cyber Security Controls, Trusted Information & Secure by Design This role will focus on security governance, compliance, trusted information, identity and access management, cyber controls and secure-by-design initiatives.
Key experience includes:

• Proven hands-on experience delivering cyber capability uplift in complex IT and/or OT environments.
• Translating cyber risk and compliance obligations into practical business and technical requirements.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and traceability experience.
• Exposure to security controls, IAM, DLP, PKI, cryptography, secure-by-design or related cyber programs.
• Experience working with security and regulatory frameworks such as NIST, Essential Eight, ASD ISM, SOCI or Zero Trust.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, cyber SMEs and architecture teams across large enterprise environments.

 
Role 2: Cyber Detection, Response & Vulnerability Management This role will focus on cyber operations and security uplift initiatives across detection, monitoring, incident response and vulnerability management capabilities.
Key experience includes:

• Proven experience delivering cyber detection, response, threat and vulnerability management capability uplifts.
• Exposure to SOC environments, security operations and incident response programs.
• Experience supporting playbook development, operational readiness and cyber process improvements.
• Strong ability to gather and document business, technical and operational requirements.
• Understanding of cyber threat landscapes, security tooling and operational security processes.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders to drive successful delivery outcomes.

About You

• 8+ years Business Analysis experience within large and complex environments.
• Demonstrated delivery experience within cyber security programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience producing high-quality artefacts including requirements documentation, user stories, process maps, traceability matrices and executive reporting.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams with competing priorities and evolving requirements.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
