To be considered, you will need to be able to provide evidence of:

  • AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia (this does not include placements)
  • 2 COVID-19 vaccinations + booster
  • Flu vaccination
  • Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months)
  • 100 Points of ID
  • Valid Work Rights
  • Current CPR & First Aid
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

What will you be doing? EN

  • Providing high-quality clinical care and support to residents
  • Assisting with medication administration under the direction of an RN
  • Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes in condition
  • Assisting residents with personal care and daily activities
  • Supporting meal consumption and monitoring nutrition and hydration
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
  • Following infection prevention and control procedures
  • Working collaboratively with RNs, carers, allied health professionals and other members of the care team
  • Providing person-centred care in accordance with aged care standards
  • Supporting residents and their families with compassion and respect
