Key Responsibilities 

Partner with the business to support the implementation of the Risk and Compliance Frameworks through activities such as:
    
○     Controls Assurance and Testing
○     Maintaining the Risk and Compliance system
○     Maintaining and updating the Risk and Obligations registers
○     Reporting to Management and the Board
○     Breach Reporting
○     Assisting in the planning, development and delivery of training
○     Data analysis to identify trends in KRI, Control, Risk and other data which requires action
○     Regulatory change and business projects

    
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in Operational Risk and/or Compliance within APRA regulated financial services environment. Big 4 Consulting highly regarded
  • Experience from Australian Insurance or Banking environments -  APRA requirements (particularly CPS230 and CPS234) 
  • Demonstrated capability in designing and implementing risk management frameworks and Third Party Risk
  • Familiarity with GRC systems and risk reporting tools (desirable)
