Shift Schedules:
(2) 2p-1030P Wednesday-Sunday (Must be able to confirm shift daily and have good attendance) 
(8) 2p-1030P Friday-Tuesday (Must be able to confirm shift daily and have good attendance) 
(3) 10p-630a Sunday-Thursday (Must be able to confirm shift daily and have good attendance)

  • AHA BLS Certification
  • Driver's License
  • Certificate (if applicable: ex. CNA cert)
  • CalPERS form (added into the files tab)
  • License Verification 
  • Skills Checklist
  • Resume
    • No gaps more than 30 days

  • Two Completed Supervisor References
    • Must include phone numbers
    • Must be a supervisor in the same position
