Overview
Join a Finance Technology team as a Financial Systems Support Analyst and help keep critical financial operations running smoothly. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting, system administration, ticket management, and process improvement across an enterprise financial systems environment.
You will support key finance applications, investigate integration and data synchronization issues, manage user access, and partner with stakeholders across Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and Tax. This position is an opportunity to combine technical problem-solving, financial systems expertise, and stakeholder communication to improve system stability, streamline support operations, and align technology priorities with business needs.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience supporting core finance and accounting systems in a corporate environment
- Hands-on experience administering or supporting Sage Intacct or a comparable ERP, such as NetSuite or Workday
- Experience supporting Coupa and SAP Concur
- Proficiency with Jira or Jira Service Management, including:
- Ticket triage, assignment, and tracking
- SLA monitoring
- Backlog management
- Reporting and dashboard creation
- Ticket categorization and root-cause documentation
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Sales tax
- Financial close management
- Experience troubleshooting system errors, user access issues, integration failures, and data synchronization discrepancies
- Knowledge of user onboarding, offboarding, role-based access control, and security profiles
- Ability to work within compliance and SOX control requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings, present operational updates, and align cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach to documenting issues, procedures, and solutions
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with BlackLine, Avalara, or Gappify
- Experience partnering with third-party software vendors on defects, escalations, upgrades, and release cycles
- Experience creating and maintaining Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and standard operating procedures
- Experience analyzing support metrics such as ticket volume, resolution times, issue types, and system uptime
- Experience facilitating backlog grooming and prioritization discussions
- Familiarity with AppCafe or similar user-access and application-provisioning tools
- Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and Tax stakeholders
Preferred Education and Experience
- 4+ years of experience supporting financial systems and accounting applications in a corporate environment
- Experience with enterprise ERP and financial application administration is strongly preferred

- This is a 100% remote position
- Candidates located in the Central Time Zone are ideal; candidates in the Eastern or Pacific Time Zones may also be considered
- Ability to manage multiple support requests while maintaining established SLAs
- Ability to lead a monthly Finance Systems Support Forum and communicate system trends, operational updates, and backlog priorities to business stakeholders
- Ability to support user access management and system administration in accordance with compliance and SOX controls
