THE ROLE
Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Head of Finance will take ownership of the finance function and build the frameworks the business needs to grow - budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and commercial reporting.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear pathway to CFO.

Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Head of Finance will take ownership of the finance function and build the frameworks the business needs to grow - budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and commercial reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and own budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow models
- Provide commercial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Own working capital management and surface financial risks proactively
- Oversee month-end close, management reporting, and financial controls
- Lead and develop a small, close-knit finance team
- Drive improvement across financial systems and reporting tools
- 8+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, or senior finance leadership
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or inventory-driven businesses preferred
- Proven experience building forecasting and reporting frameworks from scratch
- Strong working capital, inventory, and margin knowledge
- A confident communicator who can simplify financials for non-finance stakeholders
- CPA / CA preferred
