Lead with purpose and create meaningful customer experiences. We’re looking for a warm, passionate and people-focused Store Manager to lead a their retail store in Booragoon.

• up to $67K + penalties + super & quarterly bonuses + generous clothing allowances

You’ll enjoy:

• Salary up to $67000 + penalties + super.
• A generous clothing allowance approx $1,000 each 3-6 months create your perfect capsule wardrobe

• Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late-night trading - some roster flexibility can be requested

What you’ll be doing
As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store while creating an environment where both customers and your team feel valued.

About you
We’re looking for someone who brings heart, energy and a genuine love for people.
You’ll ideally have previous Store Management experience, but just as importantly, you’ll be someone who:

• Loves getting to know customers and building genuine relationships
• Is naturally warm, approachable and community-minded
• Leads by example and brings out the best in their team
• Has a positive, can-do attitude
• Is commercially minded and enjoys seeing a store grow
• Is confident managing day-to-day operations
• Takes pride in creating a beautiful and welcoming customer experience
