What You'll Do
As a Training Specialist, you will play a key role in developing talent and driving operational excellence through effective learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive training programs for new hires and existing employees, focusing on technical knowledge, customer service excellence, and process expertise.
- Facilitate learning sessions that build confidence, competence, and performance among Customer Service Consultants.
- Coach and mentor learners to strengthen problem-solving, communication, empathy, and customer-centric skills.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, business metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Design and implement targeted learning interventions that support operational and client goals.
- Monitor trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure knowledge retention and performance improvement.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive learning environment that encourages continuous growth and engagement.
- Partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Support ongoing learning, development, and performance enhancement programs across the organization.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably a 4-year course graduate).
- At least 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills with a minimum B2 English proficiency.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Australian customers and demonstrate cultural awareness and market sensitivity.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 85% accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and influence diverse audiences.
- Adaptable communication style to accommodate learners with varying technical knowledge, professional backgrounds, and geographic locations.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and networking capabilities across functions.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Internal Candidate Requirements
- Performance rating of Exceeds Expectations or Outstanding in the latest PDP cycle.
- Minimum 12 months tenure in the organization.
