About the role
This temporary Accounts Payable Officer role is essential for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. You will be responsible for handling credit card transactions, managing supplier onboarding, and maintaining the AP inbox.
Key responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and credit card transactions
- Manage invoices in RapidAP to ensure timely approvals
- Oversee landlord invoices throughout the AP workflow
- Handle all AP payments, both local and overseas
- Review technician invoices and manage supplier onboarding
- Update cashflow weekly for payments
- Manage the Digital Card program
- Administer the expense management and AP automation platforms.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in accounts payable processing and financial transaction management
- Strong capability in using financial systems, including RapidAP, for invoice management
- Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and onboarding processes effectively.
