Stellify is a customer-first recruitment partner. We work senior and executive roles inside customer functions, the teams that carry service, retention and reputation. Founded by Katy Bevan and based in Liverpool, we work with clients across the UK. Our method starts with the diagnostic: understanding what a function actually needs before we recommend who fills it. We are small and growing, so the desk you shape now is yours to keep.

What you'll own

• Your desk end to end, from winning the business and taking a proper brief through to mapping the market and running candidates from first call to offer and beyond
• Senior, specialist customer-function mandates, where we sell insight before we sell a shortlist and evidence is how you bill
• Client relationships built on a point of view rather than a call count
• A specialist patch that is yours to build as the business grows

What we're after

• A real track record on a 360 desk, ideally in professional, executive or customer-function markets
• Someone who opens with a good question, not a pitch
• Commercial and self-directed, comfortable carrying a target and owning the plan to hit it
• Based in or around Liverpool, in the office with the team
