Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and follow up outstanding payments
- Conduct collections activity in a professional and relationship-focused manner
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and unknown payments
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with internal sales and customer service teams to resolve queries
- Update financial information within the ERP system
- Ensure compliance with internal credit and finance policies
- Previous experience within Accounts Receivable, Credit or Collections preferred
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
