About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Entering commercials in Wide Orbit and applying copy as per agency requests
- Building, refining, and downloading daily broadcast logs
- Ensuring correct numbering of commercials and copy rotations
- Coordinating traffic instructions with advertising agencies
- Maintaining traffic contact documentation
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience in a Leadership and/or Management role
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Commercial Operations experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Gabriel and/or Wide Orbit
